Mount Association Reunion Weekend October 2010
Full details of the programme of events over the weekend will be sent with confirmation of your booking and the details will also be available on the website. An outline of the expected programme is below. Please feel free to partake in all or part of the weekend.
Friday 22nd October
Each year a few OMs arrive early and stay in a local hotel.
Saturday 23rd October
12.00-2.00pm The bar will be open and light lunch will be available in the Pavilion at the college.
2.00pm Trip to Barlborough Hall.
4.00pm Tea and coffee available at the college.
6.30pm Reception.
7.30pm Annual Dinner.
Midnight Carriages.
Sunday 24th October
8.30-9.30am Breakfast available at the college.
10.00am Mass in the Memorial Chapel.
11.00am Coffee.
11.30am Annual General Meeting of the Mount Association
12.30pm Buffet lunch
All Old Mountaineers and friends of the Mount including their guests/partners are invited to attend the dinner. The dress is black tie or lounge suit and table wines are included in the price of the ticket. It is unlikely that ensuite accommodation will be available at the college and I am suggesting that we consider booking hotel accommodation. There are several hotels locally and an internet search will show a variety of standards and facilities. If you require help in finding accommodation please get in touch. The two most convenient to the college are the Sitwell Arms in Renishaw and the Ibis Hotel in Barlborough. We are hoping to operate transport to and from the dinner at the college on Saturday from these hotels. There may be a few rooms at the college with communal facilities and if you wish me to enquire on your behalf please contact me.

Please complete the booking form and return it with your cheque made payable to the Mount Association to me as soon as possible and no later than 18th October 2010 and I will confirm the final details.
